Holmes Item 26-09-00 -Designate the week of April 27-30 to be the annual Spring Cleanup in the City of Douglasville, with special trash collections by the City's Sanitation Department at no additional cost to residents; designate the week of April 20-23 to be Recycles Week in the City of Douglasville; and designate April 24-26 to be the City's Yard Sale Amnesty weekend.
5.2 Transportation Committee / Chairman Charles Banks Item 27-09-02 -Award to Southeast Site Development, Inc., the contract for the Chapel Hill Road improvement project between Interstate 20 to south of Stewart Mill Road, with funds for said project to be from the Roads Component of the City of Douglasville's 2002 SPLOST program and from the Georgia Department
of Transportation.
5.3 Transportation Committee / Chairman Charles Banks Item 27-09-03 -Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Southeast Site Development, Inc., for the Chapel Hill Road improvement project between Interstate 20 to south of Stewart Mill Road, including the intersection with Douglas Boulevard and Timber Ridge Drive, with a low bid of $1,256,554.00, in accordance with the approval of the Georgia Department of Transportation.
5.4 Ordinances & Intergovernmental Committee / Chairman Terry Miller Item 29-09-02 -Authorize the Mayor to sign an Agreement with the Douglas County Board of Commissioners and the Douglas County Tax Commissioner for the billing and collection of municipal ad valorem taxes for calendar year 2009.

6.1 Item 20-09-07 -Authorize the Police Department to give notice to terminate the City's contract with Shred-It USA, Inc. for secure disposal of confidential records, and authorize the Mayor to sign a new contract with American Document Securities, Inc. for these services.

7.1 Item 21-09-01 -Adopt a resolution to provide for a change in the cancellation policy for bookings at the City of Douglasville's Downtown Conference Center, with the Conference Center Authority to retain the full amount of the deposit for bookings cancelled less than 180 calendar days before the event is to be held.

9.1 Item 23-09-02 -Adopt a resolution agreeing to submit to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs an application for a Community Development Block Grant for construction of a teen center as an addition to the existing Boys and Girls Club of Douglas County facility located on leased property within the City of Douglasville's Hunter Park, and authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents and certifications.
9.2 Item 23-09-03 -Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the low bidder Vansant-Campbell, Inc., for additional surveying to be performed at Hunter Park in connection with implementation of the Renovation Master Plan, with funds to be paid from the City of Douglasville's 2002 SPLOST program for parks and recreation.
