DBA: T.G.!. Friday's Location: 9300 Landing Drive Current Agent Outlet Manager: Paul D. Clark Proposed Agent Outlet Manager: Kevin D. Jones The required investigation has been conducted and the required fee has been paid into the City Finance Department.

6.1 Enact a moratorium effective through February 16,2009, on acceptance of applications for new business license/occupation tax registrations for tattoo studios and body piercing establishments.
6.2 Refer to the Zoning Board a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to:
(a) add Personal Services -Tattoo Studios and Body Piercing Only as a principle use to table 2-1 of subsection 2.05.05, and (b) to enact subsection 3.55 to prohibit the location of Tattoo Studios and Body Piercing Establishments with 2500 feet of each other.

8.1 Adopt an ordinance to amend the City of Douglasville's General Fund Budget for the 2007 -2008 Fiscal Year.
8.2 Adopt a resolution identifying the City of Douglasville projects to be identified for submission to Federal and State government contacts and to the Atlanta Regional Commission for possible funding under the planned national economic stimulus program, to be proposed by the Obama administration early in 2009.

11.2 Adopt a resolution expressing the City of Douglasville's support of the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration activities to obtain public input concerning the Georgia Highway 92 relocation project, from just south of Malone Road to just south of Hospital Drive.
